In Compassion Based Therapy, you are welcome to arrive exactly as you are. Bring a topic, situation, or feeling you wish to explore — nothing is too small or too big.

Remember you are not alone and you are not broken. Your body simply never had the safety it needed to soften and open to what you truly long for.
During a session, you will be supported to find safety in your body and nervous system. Together, we can process triggers, explore authenticity, and gently uncover the roots of your experiences. You may:
Discover what shaped you in childhood
Reconnect with your true needs
Become aware of unconscious beliefs and transform them into more compassionate and liberating perspectives
You will be met in your possibilities and gain clarity about how to move forward.

Compassion Based Therapy is rooted in many years of learning about trauma, as well as my yearlong education in Compassionate Inquiry — a trauma-informed psychotherapeutic method developed by Dr. Gabor Maté.
Sessions are offered online and in the south of Sweden.
